Advior CM&S Ltd. is an independent Zurich-based financial advisory boutique, wholly owned by its three founding partners – seasoned Swiss M&A experts each having more than 25 years of proven transaction experience in the Swiss corporate finance market.
The firm advises Swiss entrepreneurs, family-owned and mid-sized companies on succession and exit solutions, supports Swiss and international corporates and financial investors in acquisitions in Switzerland, assists management teams with MBOs and MBIs, and advises on special situations and balance sheet restructurings.
Incorporated in April 2026, Advior CM&S was established as an entrepreneurial spin‑off from Raiffeisen Switzerland, the country’s second‑largest banking group, which thereby fully exited the M&A advisory business. The team has represented Switzerland within Advior International since 2016, previously under the Raiffeisen Corporate Finance umbrella.
