Mintly is a Finnish independent IT networking- and information security company with expertise in network security, IT networks and infrastructure. Mintly received a significant development and growth input in a share transaction on February 22nd with MB Funds. As a result of the acquisition MB Funds became the main owner of Mintly, with the current owners retaining a significant stake in the company.
