The divested business is a leading niche manufacturer of eyewash, plasters and first aid stations used in many different industries. The eyewash products are marketed and sold under the brand name Plum. In 2019, Workplace Safety business reported net sales of approximately DKK 79 million (EUR ~10.6 million). The operation is based in Assens, Denmark and Cuxhaven, Germany and has 10 employees. In March 2019, KiiltoClean acquired CCS Healthcare but the group lacked a comparable business to CCS’ Workplace Safety. As a result, Kiilto decided to divest its Workplace Safety business.
