Yleiselektroniikka Oyj is a Finnish electronics company that imports electronic components and tools to Finland, Russia and to the Baltics. Preato Capital announced a mandatory public offer for all outstanding shares of Yleiselektroniikka Oyj after acquiring 51.79% of the shares on 14.6.2019. Sisu partners acted as a financial advisor for Yleiselektroniikka and provided the board with a Fairness Opinion of the terms of the transaction.
