SDM-Valorum advised Gedimat Antwerp, a company dealing building materials, in the sale to BME Group, one of the leading general building materials distributors in Europe.
With this bolt-on acquisition, BME Group further strengthens its collect network at the south side of Antwerp as part of the BMB building materials operations.The current owner, Vincent van Genechten, will remain active within the group after the acquisition.
