Nimbus, the Dutch private equity firm and shareholder of Panteia, an internationally operating research and consultancy agency, acquired 100% of the shares in MuConsult B.V., a research and advisory agency in mobility, with the aim of realising a strategic cooperation between Panteia and MuConsult.
