Rembrandt M&A acted as exclusive financial advisor to Circuit Park Zandvoort Beheer B.V.

Chapman Andretti Partners, founded by Bernhard van Oranje and Menno de Jong, have acquired Circuit Park Zandvoort from majority shareholder Hans Ernst, who has owned the racetrack for more than 27 years. From an extensive group of international potential buyers, a buyer was selected that combines the love for auto racing, entrepreneurship and knowledge and experience in exploiting and managing real estate. The team of Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions advised Hans Ernst in realizing this transaction. Ever since the first auto races in 1948, Circuit Park Zandvoort has been the stage for numerous big auto race including the Formula 1 up until 1985. Circuit Park Zandvoort is known as a challenging racetrack with several difficult turns and elevations. After a difficult period for Circuit Park Zandvoort, Hans Ernst took charge of the racetrack at the end of the eighties With Hans Ernst in charge the racetrack got its current course, stands and paddocks were built and Circuit Park Zandvoort was once again put on the international racing calendar. These days big events, such as the DTM, Masters of Formula 3, Historic Grand Prix and Italia a Zandvoort are organized on Circuit Park Zandvoort. Also, the racetrack is the stage for other racing activities such as racing courses and experiences.
