DZ BANK AG advised the shareholders of Krömker on the sale to GESCO

Founded in 1976, Krömker is an international developer and manufacturer of high-quality medical equipment including support and suspension arms, trollies and fixing systems. The company’s products mainly serve in life-critical environments such as intensive care units and operating rooms. Headquartered in Bückeburg (Germany) with approx. 60 employees, Krömker serves blue-chip OEM customers from the medtech industry globally. Following the acquisition, Krömker will form a combined entity with Haseke, a portfolio company of GESCO and supplier of suspension arms.

GESCO is a stock-listed company that invests in successful industrial SMEs that are market and technology leaders in the German Mittelstand. Investments are made in the areas of production processes, resources, and healthcare & infrastructure. The group currently owns 11 subsidiaries and generated total sales of almost €400 million in 2020.
