Deutsche Unternehmensbeteiligungen AG (DUBAG), the Germany-based private equity firm, has acquired Lomapharm Rudolf Lohmann GmbH KG, the Germany-based company engaged in the production of solid and liquid pharmaceuticals, for an undisclosed consideration.
Lomapharm Rudolf has 125 employees. With this acquisition, Lomapharm Rudolf will enhance its competitive position in the CMO market. The financing from DUBAG will strengthen and expand Lomapharm Rudolf’s service and product portfolio. The existing management of Lomapharm Rudolf will continue to run the company, complemented by a second Managing Director.
