Baer Brot GmbH; Albert Stauffenberg Nachfolger GmbH & Co. KG; Frost Backwaren GmbH represent a Germany-based bakery group, a Germany-based frozen food specialized in bakery products, and a Germany-based bakery group, respectively. Stauffenberg GmbH & Co.KG, the Germany based bakery company has agreed to acquire the insolvent companies, Albert Stauffenberg Nachfolger GmbH & Co. KG, Baer Brot GmbH, and Frost Backwaren GmbH, the Germany based companies engaged in frozen food and bakery goods, for an undisclosed amount.
The deal will save 215 jobs at these three companies.
