ATRIUM Partners acted as exclusive financial advisors to Wismo in the divestment of Quickpoint (Denmark), an automotive service provider operating a network of workshops offering vehicle maintenance, tire services, inspections, and mechanical repairs, to investment firm Old Georgian Ventures. OGV is a private investment firm headquartered in New York with presence in Atlanta, Amsterdam and London. OGV invests in small and medium-sized enterprises with an EBITDA between USD 1-10 million. Quickpoint is OGV’s first investment in Denmark.
