NES Global Talent, the UK-based provider of technical, engineering, rail & IT staffing services, and a portfolio company of AEA Investors LP, the US-based private equity firm, has acquired, Energy People AS, the Norway-based leading provider of consultancy, advisory and manpower solutions to the energy industry, for an undisclosed consideration.
With this acquisition, NES will be stronger and will be able to offer an improved and expanded range of services. Energy People’s employees will join NES. Post deal both Energy People and RC Consultants, recently acquired by NES, will rebrand as NES Global Talent and the Norwegian management team will continue with existing operations.
