Alpha acted as financial advisor to IntegrasjonsPartner BITS AS and its shareholders in the sale to Exsitec AS (Exsitec Holding AB (publ))

Exsitec AS, the Norwegian subsidiary of Swedish Exsitec Holding AB (publ), has acquired 100% of shares in IntegrasjonsPartner BITS AS, the Fredrikstad-based ERP, WMS, and e-commerce integrations provider.
Alpha Corporate Finance has acted as financial advisor to IntegrasjonsPartner BITS AS and its shareholders in the transaction.

IntegrasjonsPartner is servicing over 300 customers with its proprietary software portfolio and consultants targeting complex ERP-integration, WMS and e-commerce. In 2023 the company is forecasted to reach revenues of just over NOK 50m and an EBITA of NOK 6.4m.
