Halliburton, one of the world’s leading providers of products and services to the energy industry, has acquired InformatiQ AS, a Norwegian software company offering a comprehensive product suite for Drilling and Logistics operations.
InformatiQ’s flagship software, GeologiQ, is an advanced 3D digital twin tool for planning and supervising drilling operations through collection, structuring and visualization of Drilling & Well data for E&P operators. In addition, InformatiQ has developed a software suite for managing operators’ end-to-end logistics, with the capability of integrating with SAP/ERP. Post-transaction, InformatiQ will be integrated in Landmark Graphics Corporation, a wholly owned business unit of Halliburton.
