Two members of the management team, both project leaders and minority shareholders at Bouwbedrijf Gelens B.V., have acquired the remaining shares in the company. Rembrandt M&A advised the seller in completing this transaction.
Bouwbedrijf Gelens is a well-known construction company in Etten-Leur and the surrounding area, specializing in commercial building, residential construction, renovation, and maintenance. Rembrandt M&A had advised Eric Goos in 2006 when he took over the company its founder. In 2022, both managers already acquired a minority stake (Rembrandt M&A acting as advisor again).
With the current transaction, Bouwbedrijf Gelens is entering a new phase.
