Fearnley Securities advises Nettpartner AS and Å Energi AS in the sale of Nettpartner Bane to Eleda. Nettpartner Bane is a contractor within construction and maintenance of the railway infrastructure in Norway.
The company has a particularly strong competence and position within overhead lines. Nettpartner Bane has been operated as a separate division and subsidiary of Nettpartner.
Eleda, backed by Bain Capital and Altor Equity Partners, is a rapidly growing, provider of infrastructure solutions within selected niches in power distribution, technology, water, and transport in the Nordic region. Nettpartner Bane will become part of Eleda Rail, which brings together Eleda’s railway construction and maintenance operations.
