S.p.A., a leader in production of piping systems and resins for coating and packaging, in the acquisition of The Compound Company B.V., a Dutch company specializing in the production of technical compounds and grafted polymers. The transaction will allow Industrie Polieco to integrate a highly specialized and high-performing company, with over 100 employees into its scope and with estimates for 2025 forecasting a turnover of approximately €60 million.
