Wagram served as exclusive financial advisor to Ocedis on its third LBO. In 2023, the financial investors present in Ocedis must organize their exit, in line with their investment strategy. At the same time, an ownership transfer is being considered between the founder and his children, one of whom is the current CEO of the Company.
