Thanks to this investment, NOWOS can continue its growth trajectory and expand its repair activities in Europe and into other battery-containing sectors such as automated guided vehicles (AGVs), energy storage systems (ESS), robotics and medical equipment. Rembrandt M&A advised the seller in raising growth capital.
