Neue Zähne Dentallabor is one of the main dental laboratories, operating in Osnabrück (Lower Saxony), producing high-quality dental prostheses for dentists as customers. The sister company My-Orange-Dental was set up as a new revenue driver and covers the demand for low-cost dentures. Minlay is a group of dental laboratories focused on Europe. The acquisition of Neue Zähne Dentallabor Group offers numerous synergy potentials that allow both companies to capitalize on significant cost synergies such as centralized purchasing and further promoted the Minlay brand throughout Germany.
