TF7-TV SL is a provider of audiovisual production services.
Three Hills Capital Partners LLP, the private equity firm along with the management of TF7-TV SL, the Spain based provider of audiovisual production services has acquired the company from Nexxus Iberia SGEIC SA, the private equity firm. The terms of the deal were undisclosed. The management team is led by founders and senior management team, including Ivo Van Vollenhoven, Álvaro Weber and Gordon Mackinnon who will regain control of the company. The transaction provides an exit strategy for Nexxus Iberia SGEIC SA.
