AZ Capital served as sell side advisor to Athe shareholders of  Grupo Empresarial Palaciaol Alimentacion SA, aSpain-based food company that produces chorizos, cold meat products, fresh and frozen pizzas, to JB Capital Markets Sociedad de Valores SA, a Spain-based independent broker-dealer providing research, brokerage services, and investment banking. The consideration was € 425m.
