In a transaction valued at € 971m, AZ Capital served as financial advisor to Phoenix Tower International LLC, the United States-based wireless telecommunication tower operator, announced it had agreed to acquire Cellnex’s business in Ireland for €971m. The closing of this transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
