Rembrandt M&A advised the shareholders Herma van den Broek-Benschop and Kees van den Broek of Benschop Installatietechniek B.V., the electrical installer specializing in both new construction and renovation projects for commercial clients, including the hospitality industry and utility sectors, in their sale to VDK Groep B.V.
The VDK Groep consists of approximately 1,600 employees spread over 38 installation companies. The group has a unique customer-centered philosophy, in which the companies operate independently within the VDK Groep – with the advantages of a large company – and all the specialism is present in the organisation. The various companies are specialised in serving customers throughout the entire process, from design to maintenance. VDK Groep is backed by the private equity firm EMK Group.
