Rembrandt M&A advised the shareholders of VH ict in the sale to Techone, a provider of cloud and telecommunication services for the Dutch SME market, backed by Nedvest Capital. This acquisition confirms Techone’s ambition to further expand its leading position in the MSP market and offer its services nationally. The addition of VH ict to the portfolio of Techone, is an important step in realizing this objective.
