ADM Group was founded in 2004 by expert surveyor Bruno Van Dessel. ADM Group consists of 12 surveyors and real estate experts, a healthy mix of young enthusiasts and experienced professionals. ADM Group guides projects from A to Z with integrated services: surveying, property valuation, BIM modeling, technical consulting, and 3D scanning. The company aims to develop a “real estate book” in the long term, becoming a one-stop-shop for comprehensive real estate services. In this context, the company also plans to focus on certification (EPC, electricity, and asbestos) in the future.
In the Smart Deal, three employees enter the share capital to strengthen the company and accelerate its growth. Moreover, with the support of a broad network of investors, the group can seize new opportunities to accelerate its growth trajectory, both organically and inorganically.
