Founded in 1965, Bacovo grew to become the reference for custom-made metal constructions. They focus on laser cutting, welding, folding, and engraving in steel, inox and aluminium. Due to a lack of family succession, the founding family approached SDM Corporate Finance Group to find a worthy successor in 2022. In 2023, the company will be taken to the next phase of professionalization by an MBI Investor who has 36 years of career experience with Philips as a supply chain manager.
