Stema was founded in 2001 and consists of approximately 90 employees, as well as a larger number of associated consultants. Stema provides project management to the construction industry and takes on leading roles in socially beneficial projects. The acquisition also includes the subsidiary Byggeråd. Combined, the companies generated EUR 18 million in sales in 2021.
