KidsFoundation is the largest childcare organization in the Netherlands with amongst others the brands Smallsteps and Partou. As part of the merger between KidsFoundation and Partou, as announced during 2019, the assets and activities of three childcare locations in Amsterdam are sold. The transaction involves the locations Amigos, Eilanden and Ravenswaaipad.
Eigen&Wijzer acquired three locations in Amsterdam from KidsFoundation. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the seller in realizing this transaction.
