Erichsen & Horgen is a leading specialist engineering consultancy within building services in Norway. The company has an especially strong position within health facilities and laboratories, and has a significant order backlog in this area. In 2020, revenues and EBIT were EURm 32 and EURm 3, respectively. The EV in the transaction was EURm 39.
