Ecolan, is a Finnish circular economy company. Ecolan’s offering consists of three business units. AGRA business unit offers organic fertilizers developed for organic farming. SILVA business unit produces ash-based forest fertilizers, which provide essential nutrition for forests in different growth phases. INFRA business unit produces materials for earthwork and binding materials from ash from industrial side streams.
Sisu Partners advised the owners of Ecolan, the sale process to Yara Suomi, a Finnish subsidiary of the fertilizer and chemical company Yara International.
