Acti-Med is a developer and manufacturer of tailor-made cannulas and cannula systems. The Freiensteinau-based (Germany), customer-centric medtech company specializes on highly regulated products for pharmaceutical and medical applications, jointly developed with international OEMs. With the additional production facility in Kozerkí (Poland), Acti-Med combines highest development and engineering capabilities with superior quality and operational excellence on an international scale. Following the transaction, Acti-Med will be able to strengthen and expand its product portfolio as well as market position as high-quality supplier for leading medtech and pharmaceutical companies both nationally and internationally. Acti-Med includes the two subsidiaries Acti-Med AG (Germany) and Acti-Med Sp. z o.o. (Poland). A total of around 210 employees work at the headquarters in Freiensteinau and at the Kozerkí site.
