Edelweiss Financial Services acted as BRLM in the Initial Public Offering of Route

Route Mobile provides mobile communication solutions, offering text messaging, voice calling, number lookups, firewall, email and other related services. The company ranked second globally as Tier 1 application-to-peer (A2P) service provider in 2017. Its enterprise solution comprises two primary components – the front end that provides an interface for enterprises to integrate with, and a back end which is directly integrated with 240 MNOs and provides access to 800 MNOs. Route is the 1st Global CPaaS# Player to list on the Indian bourses – One of the highest listing gains since Jan’ 17. The deal saw overwhelming response from investors across categories. The deal was fully subscribed on the day of issue opening itself on back of strong retail participation. The deal saw participation from institutional investors across the globe including marquee Long Only FIIs, MFs and a leading Life Insurance Company.
