Alpha has acted as financial advisor to HitecVision, the Private Equity group, in creation of Moreld, a group active in the energy industries, comprised of 20 HitecVision portfolio companies with combined revenue of NOK 8.8 billion, an aggregate EBITDA of NOK 483 million, and approximately 3,600 employees. HitecVision has combined 20 companies from different HitecVision funds, predominantly oil service-related businesses, to create Moreld. Moreld shall be an industrial grouping with a longer term mission to create value in the oil service and renewables segments.
