Envision Energy Limited, the China-based company that develops and offers energy management technologies and related services, has acquired Baze Technology AS (BazeField), the Norway-based software company engaged in developing real-time information technology systems for global production enterprises, for an undisclosed consideration.
The acquisition will provide the combined entity with the resources and support to further develop technology, and provide better products and services to the global clients. The combination will further accelerate investment in technology, increase growth rate and geographic expansion, and increase employment and investment in Norway and Europe, thereby driving growth and innovation for both companies.
