TeleComputing ASA, a Norway-based provider of cloud computing services, information technology operations, and IT outsourcing, has agreed to acquire 99x AS, a Norway-based provider of on-site management and operation of computer and data processing facilities, from Arrat AS, a Norway-based investment holding company, for an undisclosed consideration. The acquisition provides TeleComputing an opportunity to exploit 99x’s solution for innovation, automation and self-service solutions. It further enhances TeleComputing’s consulting capacity, while expanding breadth of IT infrastructure and products.
The transaction is subject to approval of Norwegian Competition Authority (Konkurransetilsynet). 99x.no reported revenue of NOK 175m (EUR 17.78m) in 2017 and has 138 employees.
