GUEST offers a wide range of safety trainings and consulting (fire, first aid, …) and has its own training center in the neighbourhood of Charleroi.On 31/12/2018 the Luxembourg based group STOLL SAFETY acquired 100% of the shares of GUEST, a firm based in the region of Charleroi. SDM-Valorum acted as advisor to the seller in this transaction.
The customer base mainly consists of multinationals in food, chemicals and building materials. The company was founded by Liliane Ceraulo, who wants to ensure the continuity of GUEST by teaming up with a firm that, besides a similar service offering, also shares the same quality focus philosophy. In addition to safety trainings, Stoll Safety is also active in the distribution of safety-related products, such as fire extinguishers and safety clothing.
William Vermeersch, CEO of Stoll Safety says: “Expanding our activities to Belgium is an important strategic step for us. There are clear synergies between both companies and we strongly believe that this acquisition will lead to an accelerated growth of Stoll Safety.“
