Holding TES Industrial Systems is a provider of electrotechnical drive systems for large constructions. Two of the three shareholders of Holding Tes Industrial Systems have sold their shares to mr Bakker, a management buy-in candidate, and mr Boone, the third shareholder who significantly increases his share in the company. Bouke Tauw and Lynette Lenstra of Rembrandt M&A have assisted the seller in this transaction. Tes Industrial Systems is active in the development and production of electrotechnical drive systems for large industrial equipment such as cranes and stackers. Tes is active in the engineering, production, assembly and commissioning of these systems.
