Intergamma B.V. has acquired the assets and operations of two Gamma DIY stores and seven Karwei DIY stores from Rab Beheer B.V. The team at Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions has advised the seller in realizing this transaction. Rab Beheer is a Dutch family-owned company located on Texel. Besides several DIY stores, Rab Beheer also operates multiple wholesalers for building materials. After the transaction, Rab Beheer still operates three Gamma DIY stores and three Karwei DIY stores.
