Rouweler Groep B.V. is a producer of concrete products and wholesaler of garden products. Morssinkhof Groep B.V. acquired a majority of the shares in Rouweler Groep B.V. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions advised the buyer in realising this transaction. Both family owned companies from the Twente region are active in the production of concrete tiles and decorative paving. Morssinkhof Groep also produces sewage tubes and operates a sales organisation for bricks and roof tiles. As a result of this transaction, Rouweler Groep obtains a new strong shareholder to realise the planned expansion of the activities of TuinVisie.
