Not even one year after celebrating its 15 years of existence, ESAS is making its biggest acquisition ever. The ICT company, with headquarters in Wilrijk, is acquiring all shares of Simac 3Services Netherlands and Belgium, S3S in short. Just like ESAS, the Belgo-Dutch firm is a large, high-quality IoT-service providing organisation. Through the takeover, ESAS is doubling in size in terms of the number of employees. With this strategic deal, the ESAS+S3S group wants to be resolutely ready for the “Internet of Things” era.
