Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the sellers in realizing this transaction. De Wijndragers produces mustard, dressings, sauces, dips, oils and vinegar. The family-owned enterprise was established in 1983 and has developed into a company with export to 20 countries. De Wijndragers produces, amongst others, De Wijndragers, aMust en Big Sam´s brands, as well as several private label products. Christian Lensen has been commercial manager of the company for several years. Following the management buy-out, together with Wadinko, he aims for further growth of the company through expanding the customer base and developing new products.
