Carlili is a Paris-based car rental services provider. It offers a vehicle drop-off/pick-up service at the location chosen by the user. This service addresses the major shift of urbans willing to move away from car ownership. The company already enjoys 15,000 clients in Paris, Lyon, Nantes, Bordeaux, Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Toulouse, Metz, Lille and Rouen. Carlili intends to create a fleet of 300 electric Tesla vehicles and roll out in 15 cities by 2023.Wagram acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Carlili’s shareholders.
