Wagram Corporate Finance advised the management team and shareholders of Aquarelle, a diversified company developing companies of deliveries, in the acquisition of Philie and the Jar, a delivery service for ready meals in jars based in Paris. Since 2018, Aquarelle has acquired 55% of Foodette, a company delivering recipes to cook, or ready-made.

After the acquisition, Philie & The Jar and Foodette became Foodette & The Jar, under the same company.
