AERECO, based in Collégien near Marne la Vallée and chaired by Marc Jardinier, is the European leader in the manufacture of humidity sensitive ventilation systems for residential and hotel buildings with a strong positioning on new constructions but also on renovation sites. The group has developed around this particular know-how in the modulation of air flows according to needs, allowing better performance in terms of energy and air quality. Employing 520 people, AERECO has 4 factories in France, Germany and Poland and achieves a turnover of approximately €80 million, of which 75% outside France.
This major acquisition allows ALDES to enrich its product offer by acquiring one of its main suppliers with very strong technical skills mastering a promising technology, as well as to strengthen and extend its geographical coverage.
