Verre & Métal is a manufacturer, designer and installer of complex metal and glass structures specialized in historical monuments refurbishment. RSBG acquired 100% of Verre&Metal as a buy-and-build strategy for the Roschmann group, an investment of RSBG operating in the same space as Verre&Metal.
