De Kobra operates from its central office in Opwijk and designs, produces, installs and maintains high quality ventilation systems under its own brand, with a team of more than 50 loyal employees. De Kobra and Allindus, two complementary firms, were both acquired by 2 managers, supported by a group of private investors. The owner of Allindus reinvested partly in the projected, while the owner of De Kobra fully exited.
