Koen Renders BVBA is specialised in insulation and screed work. The activities, established in Malle, have been ran by Koen Renders and his wife Cristel for over 17 years. With an annual turnover of +/- € 5 million and around 1,200 sites per annum they are one of the top players in the region. SDM-Valorum supported the buy-out of Koen Renders BVBA, as a result of which the Van Gastel and Renders families joined forces together with a few investors and raised the financing to expand the business further in the coming years. From now on, Koen and Cristel will lead the company hand in hand with Bart van Gastel and Bea Van Rymenam and want to realize an ambitious growth plan with this new partnership, among others, by further expanding the activities geographically.
