Maes elektro, part of the Group Maes (work platforms, light poles, transformer handling, a.o.), is active in the maintenance for Electrical installations for utility companies such as Eandis and Infrax. In order to maintain focus on the core activities of the Group Maes, the family decided to integrate Maes Elektro into the Group Verstraete. The Group Verstraete acquires all assets and employees in a newly incorporated company ‘Light-Infra’.
The management of Maes Elektro stays on board and will take care of the day to day management of the company and will guarantee a correct execution of the contracted works.
