English Heritage Buildings BVBA was founded in 1994. It was the first company to introduce traditional English oak framed buildings in Belgium and its neighbouring countries, and remains leading company in its field. English Heritage Buildings has already erected more than 1500 garages, carports, pool houses, stables, sheds, home offices, covered terraces, artist’s studios and genuine guest accommodation in the Benelux countries, France and Germany.
Authenticity, atmosphere and quality outline the company’s fundamental principal. Although the traditional building materials, English oak and Scottish larch, and traditional building techniques have been preserved, the modern building process ensures that the outbuildings are more durable than ever. The company was sold to Royal Oak Buildings, under the management of Walter Sanders. Walter Sanders, together with Koen Bouteligier, will continue the activities of English Heritage Buildings according to its authentic values.
